Andrea is a brilliant and attractive young neurologist who decides to leave the city and come back to the place where she studied, Linza University in Salerma Island. Once there, she finds out that Maria, one of her former teacher, has recently killed herself, victim of a strange depression and has also left and important experiment financed by the University Rector Council.The project looks for a solution to pass on the information between computers and living beings, taking advantage of their special conditions during sleeping hours. The Rector Council informs Andrea that Maria had only got to make it work experimenting with animals and ask her to continue the investigations at the point where Maria left them. On the occasion of starting the investigationsAndrea will discover plenty of secrets and will start to suffer peculiar insomnia problems.
