Film Constellation closes FATUM sales agreements at AFM

Film Constellation has closed a series of deals at AFM for the sale of director Juan Galiñanes’ upcoming thriller after unveiling a first promo of FATUM.

The film, as Deadline reports, has been acquired for France (Canal+), Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy (Plaion) and Latin America (California Filmes).

FATUM is an original and thrilling vision about the weight of destiny and our immediate future. A story on the edge that takes place in just 12 hours.

The shooting took place in Galicia. The technical team includes Alejandro de Pablo (Antidisturbios, As Bestas) as Director of Photography, Alexandra Fernández (Infiesto, Neboa) as Art Director, Lu Rodríguez (El desorden que dejas, Néboa) in Editing, Carlos Mouriño (direct sound) and Diego Staub (editing) in Sound, Manuel Riveiro (El desconocido, 3 caminos) as Soundtrack composer, Mara Collazo (Adu, Fariña) in Makeup and Hairstyling, María Porto (Codigo Emperador, La Unidad) in Costume Design, Conchi Iglesias in Casting Direction and María Liaño (Código Emperador, La Unidad) in Production Direction.

FATUM is produced by Vaca Films in co-production with Playtime and with the participation of RTVE, Amazon, TVG and with the support of ICAA and Agadic.

FATUM will be distributed in Spain by Universal Pictures International Spain.
